Ipad reboot loop

Hi
I need some help with my ipad 3, it is rebooting in loop and I can't activate on Itunes or wi-fi, I Tried update, restore, I left it turned off for some days,I tried everything I could... And nothing. Plese, if somebody know someting I can do, help me.

You're sure it was recovery mode, and not restore, I guess.
In my first link you'll find the advice to try these steps again, if you don't see the "Connect to iTunes" at first.
If it's not recognized in iTunes, there's another link: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538

Which version of iTunes is installed on your computer? Try to update, if it's not the latest.
Another possibility: your computer could have a virus that's causing your problem.

Actually I tried both, recovery and restore, and doesn't work =/.

I can see the ipad on itunes, but when I try to activate on itunes, I get this message:
We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time.
Please try again later, or contact customer care.

And when I try to activate on Wi-Fi, it shows me a message saying that is unable to connect to the apple server.

Two more things to try:

Restart your iPad - turn it off and on again.
Reset it: press and hold Home and Power button until the Apple logo appears.

See if you can restore a fresh iOS 6.1.3 onto the iPad by using this tutorial by my fellow moderator, f4780y: http://www.ipadforums.net/jailbreak...lsafe-method-restore-current-version-ios.html

It's all I can think of to help. If you can't get it to restore, I'm afraid a trip to the Apple store is in your future. Sorry.
