iPad replacing school books?

I think that to replace school books in K-12 students, a Kindle would be better. With an iPad the student could play games, access the internet, social networks or porn.

Saw this story, and I think it's a great! I'm staring my spring semester in college today and 1 of my classes had their text in Kindle, so my Ipad will be coming with me to class!

There was no iPad when I was in school but I could emagine that iPads being so small would be easier to transport than laptops.
