iPad restrictions

My iPad 2 restriction for the camera is locked and I can't change it and I just put in my new password but I still can't enable my camera how would I enable the camera when it's locked

Have you tried to doouble click the home button twice rapidly and closed the camera app? It could still be running in the memory and stuck. If that does not work have you tried rebooting your iPad?

Yes it's a school iPad and u have to have the removal password to take it off And they used password generator
