Ipad sat in hot car and now will not power on

Please HELP!
I left my ipad 1 in my car and it got hot. It now will not power on or show any reaction when I tried to plug it in. Can I revive it?

I've done this a couple of times to my iPhone. It turned itself off, and showed a yellow triangle with a message stating that it was overheated, and would not operate until it had cooled down. Both times, it rebooted as soon as the temperature dropped.

However, if you have heated the iPad beyond its higher storage temperature, you may have caused irreparable damage to it.
