iPad to TV...HBO GO

I have joined HBO GO...I have it on my iPad and it works just fine. I have a newer type flat screen LED TV but not a smart TV. is there a way to get the signal from my iPad to the TV with some type of hard wire connector or something? thanks.

Hmmm Just thought of something. Don't think you can stream HBO-GO

I could be wrong but I believe that the HBO GO App blocks airplay mirroring, anyone in the good old US of A confirm or deny this?

Just tried it . HBO does not support hdmi mirroring.
