I can help you. First you need a Us address plus a new email address with .com like gmail.com. Then purchase a free app from the us store and then register as no credit card

I can also help obtain a iTunes card just need to pm me yes it is legal and no I will not publish my contacts name. eBay wants you to mortgage your house mine does not

I have iTunes USA active on apple tv as well as Australia and Britain. So donot stress. You do need a pay pal account

When I first created my account for my iPhone I didn't have a credit card OR gift card and was able to. I could get all the free apps I wanted. It was only after I got my iPad that I added a gift card to purchase paid apps.

Because you have a none option in the selection of creadet cards, but me i have no none option thats my problem i cant get any free applications

I was accessing the Australian store when there was no credit card or gift card needed. Why don't you try our store? Will he be able to Tim?

Yes - I can see the Australian and the US Store without any problem. If he Google's 'iTunes Australia' it will take him there.

OK - I don't think the Saudi store has a none option - because of local regulations.
