Ipad wont synch

My Ipad stopped synching. I get a message that the drivers failed to load, or an unknown error has occurred. I've tried a clean install of Itunes, cleaned the registry and been in contact with Apple support etc. to no avail. Any ideas?

connect the ipad and delete drivers that its using then reinstall itunes.
