Ipad2 and internet dongle

can I use my internet dongle with my Ipad2 and go onto the internet?

Is there a method please?

My Ipad is not 3g just wi-fi hotspot.

If you Internet dongle is a WiFi dongle and does not require power from the iPad, then it will work fine. If it's a USB dongle and wants to connect via a USB connection to the iPad then, unfortunately, it will not work.
