ipad2 error

Hi friends

i have ipad2 with 4.3.3 and i want to restore it to ios 5.0 but i am having 3194 error.
then i download and try to use tiny umbrella v5.10.02 asn start TSS server and i get 1604 error.
so what can i do now i am trying almost 4 days and could not find a solution.

ps note: it was jailbroken and i try to remove jailbroken now there is nothing about cydia on it.
i wish it is removed.

In addition, you may be having trouble if you are trying to load iOS 5.0 onto your iPad. The latest version is iOS 5.0.1.

So, after you've tried the steps in the post to which Archangel linked, make sure you are loading the latest and great firmware version.
