The first thing you should have tried is a DFU restore...
If not that, try a hard reset.

Before going to the length to restore, if you can get into the settings app, set an activator event to go to safe mode. Got sbsettings? Sbsettings has a safe mode thing too.

touch no response, i can't launch sbSetting....
task bar clicking Setting also can't run it, it shows dark screen and reboots...

i'm pretty sure full-clean restore can fix it,
but i had 20Gb of Apps i don't wanna lose it....

"DFU restore" can preserve the Apps on it but restore all system settings?

No. Sorry. It won't keep apps since your last backup.

I think you are going to have to restore.

did you try a hard reset? i remember my ipad1 froze i just hold down the button ontop of the ipad and the button on the bottom front to reboot it

sure, my first steps is hardreset, but it only reboots the IOS, doesn't restore anything inside
also, when i click any Apps, it reboots itself.... can't access setting, cydia... whatever!

I tried on iTune, put in DFU mode, recovery using IOS4.3.3,
but it yields Error1601 in the middle white bar on iPad screen is moving,
found some forum solution and tried to reinstall iTuen, change cables.... no use

finally forced to upgrade to IOS4.3.5, but JB not supported....
able to use as new iPad, but life without cydia is boring....
trying to downgrade back to IOS4.3.3, but lots of guys saying "iPad2 3G is not supported in downgrading"
even used TinyUmbellra, fixrecovery, iReb, all can't complete the downgrade process....

anybody can get me out of this Hell?

You need to have SHSH blobs for iOS 4.3.3 to go back to it. No blobs = no go, sorry.

Just keep hope that "they" will be able to jailbreak iOS 5 when it comes out.

Sorry.

The iPad2 3G can be downgraded, but only if your blobs are saved. Since you were jailbroken and used Cydia it should have saved your SHSH Blobs for you, but it depends on the timing as to whether it was 4.3.3 or not.

If you follow this tutorial exactly as written it will allow you to restore your iPad2 to 4.3.3 IF Cydia saved your blobs.

It is worth giving it a try as you have nothing to lose. Just remember to follow ALL the steps exactly.

seeing f4780y 's link i was excited to try those steps to do a downgrade to 4.3.3,
but then i stucked in the middle (as see in the attached image)
white bar stopped in the middle of iPad2 screen
log of TU showing "date.... Recovery Device disconnected: null"
iTuen showing "Restoring iPad software".....

i already able to see my SHSH blob in TU general tab "iPad23G 4.3.3 ..."
in advanced tab only checked "Save All available SHS" as mentioned in that link

OMG!!!!! help~~~~did i do sth wrong?

Its all done now!
yesterday i tried downgrade again and still stopped in the middle
but then screen never came back, always black....
i called Apple support, they instructed me holding Home button then plug in the USB cable, like activating recovery mode iTune will detect iPad in recovery mode
but then the update still stopped in the middle.... the support also panic
asked me to bring it to center, they may give me a new iPad2

finally i fixed it by reinstalling my window7, sth wrong with the installed iTune
now i'm back to IOS4.3.3 ~~~~!!!!!

thanks for all your help!
