ipad2 not remembering passwords

Hello, have had ipad2 for 3 months and have had problems where it does not remember passworks, we travelled to china and there was no problem for 2 months, I am now back home and cannot get wifi to remember password. We have 2 wifi networks, one for our house and another for cottages around the property. I have tried resetting network settings, but no joy. PS tried to seach posts for same problem.
