I'm not sure I understand your question. If you're talking about adding win8 to the iPad no you can't as they are 2 different operating systems. If you can clarify what it is you're trying to do maybe we can help you better.

Ok theres no way we can install windows os on upad os for now , why !! Because the technology of the cpus used in each are way much different
However you can still feel whats it like to use this win8 interface on your iPad

How to install/run Windows 8 /RT on your iPad

Start Splashtop streamer App on your PC

Connect your iPad to the same network via Wi-fi.
Turn on the App that you downloaded (win8 metro testbed).
Your App will automatically recognize your Windows 8 PC, Just click on that.
This way, you can run Windows 8 on your iPad with full Windows 8 gesture support.
