Is it possible to put openssh (or equivalent) in ipad 3 without cydia

I have a jailbroken ipad 3 w/ 5.1.1.

To make the long story short...

• iPad 3- 5.1.1 is still jailbroken with [a piracy app] working.
• cydia is gone (disappeared when one of the packages were uninstalled)
• 5.1.1 blob was saved through tiny umbrella but redsn0w recovery method to re-rejailbreak is not working due to the fact that the original 5.1.1 was either a OTA or factory install....

My best bet is to install openssh manually. As you know, i don't have a Cydia. Is there a way to install OpenSSH manually without Cydia??

I would appreciate ANY help on this matter.......
