Why does make the app so diffcult to create. .?

Yes. They have to find a flaw in apples os. Apple don't want u jb, they got lots of money and make it very complicated.

Apple sure want get $ ,, even the device it's quite expensive , why don't they just sell the device they created ? , it think thAt's already can make them verry rich ..

Jailbreaking does NOT mean you have the right to steal apps. Even after you JB = yes, you still must purchase the apps.
