ITune Song not showing up

I recently purchased a song on itunes through my laptop. Yesterday when I wanted to listen to it on my ipad it did not show up. I am new using an ipad but have purchased music this way before and found it on my ipad. I looked under music and that song was not there. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Try looking in your iTunes purchased list. If it's there and has the cloud symbol next to it, you have to tap it to download it to your iPad.
