Is true, yesterday DevTeam confirmed that Jailbreak for 3.2.2. Won't be released . Apple did an excellent firmware. but, I know that someone, will discover a new type of jailbreak, the best way, is by finding a way to dowgrade from 3.2.2 to 3.2.1 without SHSHs Blops, so new iPad Owners like me, that have the 3.2.2 from factory can downgrade without SHSHs blops and with the permission of Apple.

That is true. The update was to fix the hole that the PDF left. It's also the way the jailbreak made it's way in. Fix the PDF and stop the jailbreakers, it was a win win for apple. Most likely a short lived win of course!

do u know hw 2 downgrade it without using SHSH blobs :|

hi all,
i read the threads regarding jb. i have a question but didn't want to start a new thread so please bear with me.
i have an ipad with 3.2
after reading up about spirit and jailbreakme, 3.2 3.2.1 3.2.2, i understand that i have to use tiny umbrella to backup the shsh.
i downloaded the ipsw 3.2.1 awhile ago for use when i decided to jb it.
i used tiny umbrella and it recognized as 3.2, then did its thing successfully.
the issue i have is that it is showing: the following device can be restored safely: ipad 3.2.2 (7****)-***************
what does this mean? i haven't upgraded to a new firmware. does this mean that i can still jb it as it is still 3.2 and that if i have to restore it, it will go back to 3.2?
if it's okay, should i just use spirit or upgrade to 3.2.1 then use jailbreakme or leave it as 3.2 and then use jailbreakme with it???

Hi Friend!
Is weird because it says you can restore the device safely to 3.2.2 it must say 3.2 the current firmware you have know. TinyUmbrella must have your 3.2 SHSH Blop, why you have 3.2.2 Record if your iPad is 3.2
Are u sure that your Firmware is 3.2? If you have saved your SHSHs Blops for 3.2 and TinyUmbrella says this device can be restored to 3.2 safely, now you're in, otherwise not!
Before upgrading to 3.2.1 and use JailbreakMe, please be sure that you saved your 3.2 SHSH Blop. Take a tutorial to upgrade correctly, otherwise you can upgrade to 3.2.2

i checked the settings on the ipad prior to running tinyumbrella and it is 3.2
i checked it afterwards and it is still 3.2
i ran tinyumbrella again without going thru the process of saving and it recognizes the ipad as 3.2
there was no option for me to select as it indicates ipad 3.2
i'm just not sure and stumped on the message that is can be restored as 3.2.2
