jailbreak ipad 1, 4.2, modem firmware 07.10.00 and ios 3.2.2

I need help jailbreaking my ipad... i have tried redsn0w, so now its on a tethered jailbreak and i want it to be untethered. which lead me to try out greenpoison and it did not work... now i need help Please

What iOS are you on? 3.2.2? You should update to 5.1.1 then use absinthe 2.0.4.

Yes, it will still work with an iPad1. You'll need to upgrade to iOS 5.1.1, then follow this tutorial to jail break the iPad using Absinthe 2.0: http://www.ipadforums.net/showthread.php?t=77390
