jailbreak to 4.2

hello guys....
I have an IPad , iOS version 3.2.2 and its jailbroken. I put a picture of my cydia screen here...:ipad-keyboard:
Now I want to update it to jailbroken 4.2.x Untethered.
Which method is most easier and safe...
Please guide me as I never jailbroked anything before.

If I upgrade to 4.3.1 then should I be able to jailbreak it to back to 4.2.x ?
hows that possible?
