Jailbroken.....

Hi. I jailbroke my iPad a few weeks ago. Now as the new ios update is out i wanted to update. But my BIG problem is that on a jailbroken device over air update dont work. And not any computer recognize my iPad when i plug it in, so i can not restore it!! I need help. Is it an way to remove Cydia without a restore??

I am not jailbroken (although I am considering it, just to try it out) but, from what I understand, you cannot update past 5.0.1 until a JB is available for the newer OS.
