iPF Noob
My IPad Air 2 will not open email, specifically JPEG files. Problem: I receive email, read text and a box with Tap To Download, file name and jpg file size (1.4 mb). I tap, nothing. I hold to see if menu box or save option (s) will open nothing.
The same email on my Galaxy S5, no problem, downloads image and saves to gallery.
I tried hard reboot. I tried to forward message to two different email accounts, including my iCloud email address, no luck.
Anyone having same problem?
