Having trouble connecting to televisions. I'm using Apple Digital AV Adapter and HDMI cable and everything seems okay on my IPAD II (it says the video is playing on the TV, etc.) - but I can't get anything on the TV. I've tried 2 different sets, both HD and still nothing. Hope I'm just doing something stupid - any ideas????

the first thing you did wrong was, is naming this thread after yourself and looking for help.

i will be back, with a solution, if i can.
but others can give it a go.
