That said - the stock iPad does not have an action such as SwiftKey. Apple does not allow any third-party modifications to its default keyboard. So, Swype won't work, either. There might be a third-party application in the App Store for this function - but you will only be able to use it within the app (you'll have to cut 'n' paste any text). I don't know of any such app, but maybe someone else might.
