I have created a lot of shortcuts, and they were working great and then, they were not working at all. I had installed several keyboards, but I use the English Keyboard 99% of the time, along with the emoji keyboard. I removed the additional keyboards in hopes that might help. I then tried the shortcuts in a Word document, and they worked again in that one document. I have restarted my iPad several times and shut it down several times to no avail. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
