Large PDF, how do I put it onto my iPad?

I have a pdf that is about 80mb. I would like to be able to put it on my ipad, it is too large to email.

I would ideally like it to be in iBooks.

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I went to the apple shop, and they were not terribly helpful.

Second, check out GoodReader HERE - not only a great PDF reader but does many other functions - almost a MUST on the iPad - if still not convinced do some searching on this site - good luck in your choice(s)!
