Lego Harry Potter year 1-4

I just joined today specifically to ask this question. I never get wrapped up in games but I've been stuck on year 3 "pursuing pettigrew" for days now. The section where there are many corridors and two prefects. I've tried a bunch of the paintings but they're no help. I always always get caught. Are there more hints than what I've found on here which mostly consists of "follow a prefect to the statue"? That's easier typed than done.

Hi, I am getting such good advice from this forum. I'm currently on the last chapter of year 2 and I can't make the final "jump" to the landing that has the snake and (I think) a card. I keep failing the jump and landing in the..whatever it is. I think I've died around 50 times in the last couple of days. Any suggestions?

move around so you avoid the statue as it falls. once it falls down cast your spell at the statue a few times until it disappears. then you have to avoid the fireballs malfoy throws at you and try to get them to hit him (so run around him so he's in between you and the fireball)

Forbidden Forest

I have reached the end of the forbidden forest after the river and I moved the stuff blocking the path. There is a potion and another bulb plant on the ledge, also a bolder blocks an entrance that is glowing. How do I get the last potions and move the bolder. Also the box at the beginning that is floating in the air how do I get that as well. Help please!! Thanks
