Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 HELP

I need some help in Year 6 Chapter 4 'The Cave Entrance' - in the second part of the cave entrance, just before you go down to the swamp there's a Character Token behind some bars and in front of it is a huge hole in the floor. I've gotten the bars blasted by using Petter Pettigrew/ Dolores Umbridge, but I can't figure out how to get to the Token. I've tried using character pets, I've tried blasting the rocks around the hole in the floor, I've tried jumping over (and falling in every time) but, nothing seems to be working! Can anyone help me?

Go over to the right side of the hole, as close to the bars as you can.

I'm trying to complete all the achievements. One is using only Protego in a duel, but I can't find that spell. Anyone know which character I can use?

Hi all - not sure if this is a bug in the game, but I've played through the duels successfully in Malfoy Manor, but can't progress any further. I get the movie clip at the end where Dobby saves them, but then nothing - I end up back in Hogwarts and the only option is to repeat the level. I've tried it time and time again with different characters in Free Play, and Replay, but nothing seems to enable me to get to the next level!

Has anyone else had this problem?

. That's because you have finnished deathly hallows part one you now need to go to part 2 witch is in the center of the hogwatrs hub it should open

That's because every character has it it's just when you tap the character in a duel it blocks it

Lol no you have finnished part one now you need to enter the door to part two in the center of the hub

Ok, I got the Protego achievement, now I need the one where you have to get the Inferi to attack each other in the cave. Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks, I didn't realize that deflecting shots was actually the Protego spell.

I've now got the Inferi Destroyed achievement... only 2 left to go. I need to find the 4 locked characters and they must be in a secret level because I have all the character tokens and I unlocked all the characters in the dueling club.

Have you found an answer to this yet? I'm in the same boat. Have all the character tokens and unlocked all the characters in the dueling club, but I still have 4 unlocked characters and am only 98.4% done.

No I have not the answer. I still cannot figure out how to unlock the last 4 characters in the dueling club. Please help. I would love to finish the game. Anyone??

Hi, I'm a newbie to this forum so forgive me if I post something stupid. I'm missing one gold hat and one character token in year 5 chapter 4. I've completed the game and am now going back in free play to pick up the bits I'm missing. I've gone through this chapter 3 times now and have no idea where they are. My daughter got the token after jumping the 3 shelves so it's not that one. Any ideas? Please!!!

I am still stucK after geting the key and getting the parts out of the trunk, then what do you do? There are 3benches and only two parts..is there a 3rd part I need to get and from where do i get it??...then I am also stuck where the twins have to get over to the broom in another room. I climb up the wall but can't get over to the broom..and I push the block button like they say but nothing happens!

You have to jump to the broom.

I know I have asked before but I still am missing 4 characters that are locked. Do I need to go back into the game somewhere? I have dueled everyone that has come up and beat them all but the last group is still locked. I can't figure out how to unlock them. Please help. Thank you in advance.

You have to jump from the platform to the broom...it takes a couple tries to get the hang of it.
