Lost photos

I cannot view my photos I am stuck on 47 of 146 but cannot move from here

First welcome to the forum!

Second, might help us to know which app you are using? I'm assuming the native photo one for the iPad? Try to 'force close' the app, i.e. double tap the home button (or use multi-fingering gesturing and swipe up) which will open the multitask bar at the bottom of the screen; find the photo app icon being used; press and hold until all begin to jiggle; then press the minus sign - return to the home screen and try the app again.

If the above does not help, then 'Restart' and if not successful 'Reset' the iPad - directions HERE, if unfamiliar w/ the maneuvers. Good luck and please post back your results.
