Hello. Any suggestions to how I get the sound back for my on-line game alerts?

Hello. Any suggestions to how I get the sound back for my on-line game alerts?

Unsure if it may help but it does help when in game sound is not working.

In general settings set side switch to mute rather than auto rotate.

Then physically flip the side switch and mute the iPad.

Now flip the switch back and unmute the iPad.

Test to see if problem has been resolved.

actually my sound went out, and just did what was suggested and it fixed it, fine. Thanks for that.
