I just recently purchased the ipad pro and am enjoying it thus far.
Question:
How to adjust video speed in Youtube?

You can't adjust video speed in the Youtube app on your iPad.

Afaik, it's possible when you access Youtube via Safari.

Also, there are apps, such as Protube for Youtube, which allow adjusting playback speed.
