Making new folder in ibooks

In the new 3.2 ibooks, how do you make a new folder? I believe the operating system is the new iOS 7 Very frustrating Thank you

Collections - new collection

I have to apologize here. I started the same subject in the ipad 2 forum.
But anyway here is what is happening:
> Collections
> +New Collection (I tap +New Collections and nothing happens) The wording +New Collection disappears and the keyboard does not pop up.
Also there are 28 empty slots between my last Collection and the +New Collection slot
