Malware detected in iPad backup files?

My antivirus software (AVG Free) reports the presence of the FakeAlert virus/trojan in my iPad backup directory. (Apparently it's not just AVG Free that doesn't like it - I used a web page that scans files with multiple virus scanners, and all but 1 complained.) Does this mean my iPad has malware on it? It's not jailbroken or anything...

Also, I can't actually use the backup as long as my antivirus marks it as infected...
