What is the best app that I can use which is comparable to MS Office?

Apple's Pages app is great, and you'll be able to access all of your documents from anywhere on iCloud.com

There are Apple's iWork apps (Pages, Numbers, Keynotes) as well as Quickoffice, Documents to go or CloudOn that will work quite well on your device. Just keep in mind, that they all are not capable of doing all the things you can do on your computer.
