MobileMe and Bookmarks

I signed up for MobileMe because I mainly want to sync my address book and my Firefox bookmarks. Of course they claim you can move the moon too (Right...) So far this experience has me spinning. How un-elegant can Apple get? Somehow I've gotten the address book part done...but not the bookmarks. It seems that I've been run around in circles by Apple sites to the point of confusion.

Can someone please tell me how to get the bookmarks from my PC Firefox to my ipad2 Safari? This shouldn't be so exasperating... Thanks
