Sorry if I'm unaware of something but why does the level matter? You're allies don't actually "provide" troops, they just enable you to bring more in yourself, correct? I play daily and meet your criteria, just wondering about the intent of the thread.

Allies do provide troops, I believe? Don`t remember the number, but your top lvl allies, 4 or 5 I think, provide their best unit when you go to war. Thats why ally lvl matter, and having grunts onboard could be important.

Please correct me if I`m wrong, anyone.
