Just click on the costumers picture, where the requests are listed, and you will get an alternative to sell to the costumer.

I did that but he wanted only the spotted gold Steve and not the alternative.

After the updates, Mr. Smith wants a gold steve and the Zora Silver (new customer) wants a turquoise krakel. Don't know if you can discard them after a week or not. They give coins as reward, what a disappointment. As if we need more coins! How about candy corn or berries or even tickets as payment!

I have different experience. Bough turquoise krakel for 40 coins. Sell it to zora, and get 465 coins, 400+ XP and 2 berries. I guess the berries are random occurrence....
I breed the krakel with berries and get 2 gold spotted and a grass treasure monster. My mistake is that I don't have any space left in grass incubator, so I lost whatever treasure egg I get... so folks, be sure to have at least 1 empty slot for every type of habitat, because they just gave random eggs....
