But can the rest still function properly? As in let's say I ignore billy, could I still fulfill others' requests and get new requests from the otthe characters?

I have not gotten any new request since the the bug started. That's why I have been working on my albinos. Sometimes customers come in n buy what is mature. N yes u can ignore billy. U can also fulfill what ever request u already have
