Hi everyone, after not being able to play because it crashed every time I opened it, I decided to restart the shop completely. However, I lost all my monster berries and even worse, my actual monsters. It says I still haven't friends, but won't let me visit their shops ; the map icon won't show up.
If any of you all know what to do about not being able to visit friends, please help.
If anyone would be so kind as to help me start up again, I would be more than grateful.

I am so sorry to hear about all your problems. I have also had problems with seeing all my friends. I have found it helpful to open up the friend map and then wait a couple of minutes. Slowly friends show up. I still can't see very many friends at a time and I see different ones each time I log off and then log in again. Please accept my friend request and I will send you some eggs.
