Crash

I open my pet shop and then after 2 seconds it automatically crashes. I dont know what to do...I've restarted the game, the device...What else can I do?

Hi everyone, after not being able to play because it crashed every time I opened it, I decided to restart the shop completely. However, I lost all my monster berries and even worse, my actual monsters. It says I still haven't friends, but won't let me visit their shops ; the map icon won't show up.
If any of you all know what to do about not being able to visit friends, please help.
If anyone would be so kind as to help me start up again, I would be more than grateful.
