I am certainly not sure about the new window customer. He wanted to buy my albinos and I would lose my weekly berries if I didn't have them in my window. So I won't be selling to him.
Good luck everyone. The new update hasn't solved the problem with seeing my friends. I still can only see 5 friends at a time and so many of you don't get the daily gifts or the eggs you have requested.

Thank you for trying to help but I have never logged into Facebook and my game on the main menu is showing that I am not logged in. I have untucked as many friends as I can who are not currently playing MPS and I can only see a few each day. It is never the same friends. Obviously sometimes my friends can access my shop to make requests but when I try to send them the eggs it says that their shops cannot be visited at this time. This continues to happen until the request runs out of time. It is very annoying as I used to be a keen player. I now only play for a few minutes each day to see if the problems have been fixed.

For the lost berries and monsters you can ask for a compensation from beeline. They gave me berries in the past for loosing progress of the game.

I see your shop every day on the map! I hope you ll be back soon. As I said in a previous post I ve got some berries from beeline in the past as a compensation. In the instructions email they sent to me they requested that my wifi link should be strong & to restart the Ipad.
Try it, maybe it works in your case.

How do you get new elemental monsters?
I already have a squonk and rabble bought for 30 berries and 1000 coins. I keep getting squonks including when breeding for 5 berries in MPS shop.
