Yesterday we reported on Chillingo’s Independence Day sale, and as expected many more companies are offering their games at greatly reduced prices as the great day approaches. Pocket Gamer is doing an excellent job of keeping track of all the offers, so check out the list by clicking on the link below. All the usual suspects are involved, including the aforementioned Chillingo, as well as the likes of EA, Gameloft and Firemint. Among the gems that can be snapped up at a discount that have been duly noted by Pocket Gamer are the likes of FIFA 12, Dead Space, SimCity Deluxe, Scrabble and Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit from EA, all of which are on iPad (and FIFA 12 is also for iPhone), and will set you back just $0.99/£0.69. Firemint is offering Real Racing 2 on iPhone and iPad, and Real Racing on iPad, also for $0.99/£0.69, and the same price will also get you the likes of N.O.V.A. 2 HD on both iPhone and iPad from Gameloft. And finally, Warner Bros. is also going to town with universal versions of Batman Arkham City Lockdown, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, all for $0.99/£0.69.
