My dc comics and comixology keeps saying download error

Hi my name is muhammad and I'm in need of ASAP assistance , for the past week none of the purchases in my comixology or dc comics apps are downloading instead it displays a download error . I have many times over closed and reopened the apps to no avail. My other comic app comics plus is functioning fine and I have no problems downloading anything else, apps or otherwise. I'm wondering if maybe comixology or dc is down but can find no info on the subject. I'm from South Africa please please help and advise me.
