My Ipad has random key entries

For some reason my iPad keys random keystrokes as if a ghost or something is typing. It causes aps to open, and screens to expand or shrink. It is especially annoying when on Facebook or Skype when random entries are sent. I've tried resetting and cleaning the screen. Any suggestions what to do?

That's incredibly weird.
If it launches apps and stuff then I don't think it is a keyboard entry problem. Maybe a touch screen issue. Are you any type of case or screen protector?
Are you jailbroken?
