I am in the medical profession. I didn't car much for iPad until somebody gave me one as a gift. Wow!! It opened up a world of many possibilities. Now I have it everywhere with me. It has helped me a lot in my practice.
It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly,
iPadFever1 said:this is not true. Apple's multitasking system (which ain't real multitasking) has a special twist that makes the devices go smoothly themselves. The app can be kept in the background and they wont use power just a little bit of ram. And if you open a recourse bomb app it will quit the running apps itself. It can be an idea to quit out like Facebook and other selfupdating system as these isn't well performed thinking about multitasking system and will drain your battery.
