My New iPad2

Good morning to whoever is reading this.

Have been using my iPad2 for a couple of months now and all is good.

'Bricked' the first one trying to update the iOS and after the folk at Next Byte Adelaide tried unsuccessfully to restore the iPad2, Apple provided a new iPad2 (personalised the same as the original) which was delivered in 5-days from China.

Eventually discovered Zone Alarm Pro firewall on my PC was the 'fly-in-oinment' disrupting a smooth iOS update (best to disable Zone Alarm during this process: rely on the router).

New iPad2 came with current iOS although Next Byte Adelaide offered to upgrade the iOS in store at no cost if I wished. All is sweet!
