My new iphone needs help

I love this forum. Thank all of you regulars for your watchful eye for those of us needing help

Two questions:

Is there a sister site to this one for the iphone?

While I know this is an iPad forum, just perhaps someone know if the either the program iannotate pdf or pdf expert will work with the iphone?
