need help...an ap? covers a lot of my screen

My screen gets covered with an ap(?) that says bookmarks, reading list, etc.. I can not make it go away! Please help!

This is for showing your browsing history, reading list, and bookmarks. Just tap the open book icon to the left of the search box to make it go away.
