Need IPad 2 jailbreak help

I got this battery thing that changes the battery into a monster symbol when I plug it in it only stays for 3 sec then exits is there a tweak so the charging battery stays on the lock screen

There are many, many battery charging tweaks in Cydia - and most are free. Go to Cydia and use the Search tab to browse for "battery." Find one you like and then you can install it. If you don't find one you like (e.g. it doesn't have what you want), you can always make one. The battery is very theme-able...
