Need Specific App

On a sales call the files that I need are either in Ibook, Pages or Numbers. Then I have to search through these files and look for the correct price list, document etc. I am looking for an app where I can name, and organize in one location like on my MBPro. Each product has their own file and sub files all in one location.... I've looked downloaded a few but nothing seems to be the "winner". I have an Ipad I. Help -
