Netflix through ipad to tv

I streamed an instant queue from Netflix and the movie either freezes up or the movie is fuzzy and pixelated. Has anyone had this problem with their ipad?

Only happens to me if I a too far away from my router (weak signal). Also better if you have a an N capable router.
