the iPhone 4S has an 8 megapixel camera. With 3 million more pixels than the iPhone 4, it offers greatly improved image quality. But the increase in pixels is not the only improvement made to this camera. Video can now be captured in 1080p quality (at 30 frames per second), which is double the 720p which can be captured on the iPhone 4. The built-in gyro sensor works behind the scenes to offer a video stabilisation feature, meaning videos appear smoother.
